Business Development Associate (India, Pune)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Pune. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, creating and delivering presentations, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that align with Acunexus's offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and outreach activities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential client segments.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with leads, contacts, and deal progress.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and campaigns are executed smoothly.
  • Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and Acunexus's evolving service offerings.


Qualifications

  • Lead Generation and Market Research skills
  • Presentation Skills and experience in creating and delivering Presentations

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with multitasking and startup-style fast execution
  • Experience in the digital advertising or programmatic industry is a plus
